Warranty policy

- Saite Technology Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Saite Tech VN JSC) applies a one-to-one warranty policy due to manufacturing defects for all types of civil batteries manufactured by SAITE

- Warranty period depends on each product line, according to the manufacturer's warranty provisions.

CASES WITHOUT WARRANTY

- Batteries not manufactured by SAITE, showing signs of tampering, expired warranty period

- Manufacturer’s warranty card is lost, erased or modified information (images, logos, labels printed on bloc is blurred or not intact)

- The used battery is too exhausted (with the voltage less than 10 volts for a motorcycle starter)

- Improper use or improper purpose

- Appearance is deformed: bulging, dented, cracked, broken, subsided or perforated

- There are signs of battery repair

- Explosion, fire, natural disaster, fire, etc. insects and natural wear and tear.
